The work is done on a construction mesh covering the facade of a building in Perm. The word "Дело" (meaning "Case" in English) is embroidered with white thread. The building itself is an architectural monument. In 1922, it housed the first police precinct. In colloquial language, "пришить дело" means to falsely accuse someone of a crime, in other words, to "fabricate a case" by implicating them in wrongdoing they didn't commit.
